Edge Scientific’s Returns Policy:

  1. Condition of Goods: Returns are only accepted if the goods are in their original condition, unused, and the packaging is undamaged.
  2. Authorization Required: Returns are permitted only if Edge Scientific has approved the return in writing.
  3. Proper Packaging: Goods must be returned with all accessories and in their original packaging.
  4. Client’s Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods.
  5. Restocking Fee: Upon return, the Client will receive a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

To summarize, Edge Scientific requires goods to be in pristine condition and returned with proper authorization and packaging. The Client assumes responsibility for all return costs, and a restocking fee applies upon refund issuance.
