Special sample mounts for the Hitachi In Lens FESEMs. Compatible with the Hitachi SU9000, Hitachi S-5500, Hiachi S-5200 and Hitachi S-5000 In Lens FESEMs. Available in four different types to accommodate different sample heights. The maximum sample size is normally 5x9mm, except with mount type 3. Manufactured from vacuum grade aluminium to the exact original specifications.
