The D801W panel mount wide range digital vacuum gauge is a drop in replacement for the Varian 801, Hastings and Fredericks analog point gauge controllers which mount in the industry standard 3 bolt pattern. The D801W is a modern and cost effective replacement for broken or poorly functioning older analog vacuum gauge controllers which can found on many legacy systems.
The D801W wide range vacuum gauge measures over a full 6 decades range and includes the Agilent 536 thermocouple vacuum gauge tube sensor. The D801W is highly resisted to shock since it does not contain moving parts; it only requires infrequent calibration. Vacuum measurements are displayed on a bright 4 digit LED display. Choice of systems for vacuum measurements in mbar or in Torr.
The D801W vacuum measuring range covers 0.001 mbar all the way up to 999 mbar (0.001 Torr to 760 Torr). The wide range of the D801W vacuum instrument enables users to easily troubleshoot the vacuum system. The thermocouple vacuum sensor is supplied with either a 1/8”NPT or KF16 or KF25 vacuum connection to make replacement easier.
The vacuum gauge controller model D801W2c provides two outputs: 5V analog (1mTorr = 1mV) and an RS232 connection with a DB9 female interface.
The D801W2c also includes two relay set-point controls are type C rated for 7A and 250V. 3 pin connections are provided to enable normally open (NO) or normally close (NC) wiring for the valves.
